God cannot forget!!!! He doesn’t slumber nor sleep…
If God be for you, who can stand or be against you!!?
I had just spoken on this message a week or so back, about God remembering His promises to us. God showed me this message last night and picked it back up with it this morning while still night .
WHEN GOD gets ready to do something, He does it all the way, timely and very precisely!
God has a book of remembrance with all our deeds, and so He has one for our enemies. We all sin and fall short of the glory of God but to the repentant heart, He keeps records of the good. When we’re saved, our names are written in the Lambs' Book of Life!
“Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of life.” Revelations 21:27
Only Jesus can save and we aren’t saved by good deeds but rather grace and the finished work of Calvary. So our wicked deeds to be remembered no more.
“So now we call the proud blessed, For those who do wickedness are raised up; They even tempt God and go free.’” Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, And the LORD listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the LORD And who meditate on His name. “They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “On the day (when I act!) that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him.” Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him.” Malachi 3:15-18
Proof that God cannot forget His own or the wicked deeds of those who seem to go unpunished. When we call, He answers.
Vengeance is Mine, and recompense; Their foot shall slip IN DUE TIME; For the DAY OF their calamity is at hand, And the things to come hasten upon them.’ Deuteronomy 32:35
There comes a day for every wicked and good deed.
Not that we wish ill on our enemies because we know who the real enemy is. But as God repays good, He also repays bad IF one doesn’t repent. He doesn’t want to keep records of wrongs but rights! He wants to bless you. He said that no weapon formed against you will prosper. The reason He must punish is not only because the wicked do not fear Him but intend to hurt you. No father wants His child hurt. Evil in FACT does exist, BUT ONE DAY, HE WILL set everything right. Stay the high road. HE DOESN’T FORGET!
“A little one shall become a thousand, And a small one a strong nation. I, the LORD, will hasten it in its time.” Isaiah 60:22
Stand still and watch GOD MOVE. Let Him be God to and for you!!!!!
A Psalm of David. The LORD said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, TILL I make Your enemies Your foots TRY TO DO WHAT ONLY GOD CAN DO. Stand still….
God wants to reward you. As He’s turning tables for one and setting one up, He’s in the process of tearing another one down. (King David and Saul) When the table is turning to you, it’s turning from them. There’s a time and a place for everything and every good deed under heaven. So on that very night, as we read in the opening scripture, the king couldn’t sleep. He was bored out of his mind it seemed. Instead of counting sheep, he wanted the Book of Records (the Book of Remembrance if you will)to be read to him. It was probably a very long and boring book, that would no doubt put one to sleep. It was chronicles a historical account of events arranged in chronological order, as in a timeline. But something sparked the king's interest in this, a man named Mordecai who at one time helped save him from an attack he didn’t even know about.
Not so ironically, AT THE SAME TIME, Haman was out plotting against Mordecai, the man of God. God not only can’t forget our good deeds and His good promises, but He knows exactly what the enemy's most secret intent is. He knows his heart, his next move and exactly when to move! It’s like a chess game but the enemy thinks his next move is clear. Clearly, it’s not.
Haman BURNED with hate for Mordecai the Jew. The Jews were God's very own and if you are His, you’ll too hated for His name sake. But, take courage, He will defend and take care of His own. When they see you, they see Him. We know it’s already written and He gets the final say!!!!
“But all this gives me no satisfaction as long as I see that Jew Mordecai sitting at the king’s gate.” Esther 5:13
Wicked Haman hated Mordecai and his position.
This kind of jealousy, hate, rage and envy is not from God. We are only to hate that which is evil and cling to that which is GOOD.
Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.” 1 Chronicles 16:22
So the king decided to do something about this….. He did not just want to be put to sleep now. He wanted to bless someone in particular, this man Mordecai. This Jewish man even though the king wasn’t Jewish. When God gets ready to bless you, He will use who He wants to! He used King Pharaoh to let His people go and hardened his heart toward them. He used Moses to lead them out.
The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever He will. Proverbs 21:1
Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts. Proverbs 21:1-2
You don’t have to worry about the wicked or their plots, ploys, schemes or attacks against you! God has their heart in His hand… Your day is coming as well as there’s too. Just when you think He forgot and the fire seems to be turned up even hotter - He cannot forget…. His promises are true He keeps every single one of them, and I’m hanging onto.
No one can’t stand against God and He uses vessels, willing or not! For He is God and He holds all and ultimate authority, even if they don’t want to.
When God gets ready to bless, no forces in hell can stand against or stop God’s plan or prevail. Once His word goes out, it’s final and He gets the final say. It won’t return void back to Him. Will not! He said, “BEHOLD, I have set an open door before YOU.” NO man can shut that on you which GOD has opened. No reroute, but straight through we go. It may look like your enemies get away with what they plan but God sees, notes and takes care of it all.
He knows every deed and even the reasoning of the thoughts behind them. When He said NO weapon formed against you is gonna prosper and every tongue that rises you against you in judgment will be cast down. That means none! No weapon. When He says no, He means none whatsoever!!!!! And all means all.
“I KNOW your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.” Revelations 3:8
When we honor God, He honors us. When we don’t, He won’t. He said the ones who are faithful in the little, will be faithful with much. Maybe He’s testing you but just as the test can last long, there’s also a day for the final exam and you’re finally through with that part of school. Ready for the next level to step into. No looking back. No stopping you. He is faithful to perform and complete what He Promises and starts in you. He’s working all things out in the mix. Not everything is good that happens, but He works everything out for the good His glory. There’s Nothing that He can’t do in your story!
He gives both favor with Himself, God and man. We can’t have favor with a man unless it first from comes from God.

Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” Luke 23:42-43
The word tells us that no eye has seen nor ear heard, of the things that GOD HAS prepared for those who love Him. It’s already stored up, everything that God has planned. He’s already done it. It’s in reserve waiting to bless you.
To love God is to be fear and honor God. To truly trust God. He is Father and good father’s take care of his children. Period. He will take care of you and come through for you.
Remember me, LORD, when you show favor to your people, come to my aid when you save them, that I may enjoy the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may share in the joy of your nation and join your inheritance in giving praise. Psalm 106:4-5
If you’re continue to read the story, Haman comes in as the King is having these records read to him. God is always on time and very strategic in his work, even when we can’t see it, he’s working. I should say, especially when we can’t see it. He’s working behind the scenes getting ready for the final act. When heaven seems the most silent, I believe that He’s hardest at work.
It seems that Mordecai was forgotten about, but it was just the opposite. What is done and secret will be brought to life, whether evil or good. Haman was right on time and the noose that he created for Hammond, he was hung on himself. When they dig a ditch for you, they fall into their own trap.
What they designed for you, was actually built for them. They just don’t know it yet. It’ll work for your good and His glory.
We often recall and talk about Esther, but we too soon forget about Mordecai who brought her there. Like Joseph, who was sold out by his own, this set up wasn’t just for him. It was for the saving of many, God’s own people. God‘s blessings won’t just touch you. WHEN He touches and visits you, it’ll touch everyone around you. You’ll be a witness to.
Haman was very proud and arrogant. A wicked boastful, evil man, full of himself. He wanted all the glory for himself and not for God. When he walked in, the king asked him what should be done for this man (Mordecai) who did good deeds but didn’t name him. It was the king's DESIRE to honor this man as God desires to give us good things. Haman thought that the king was referring to him. This was all part of the plot twist and plan. So he told him everything that he would want done for himself and boy was it drummed up big and extravagant. Again, he was foolish and full of himself.
He wanted all the honor to be for him, which arrogance does, but there was a plot twist and the tables turned. The king told him to do what he had requested quickly, and so Haman had to lead Mordecai through the city in front of everyone, and with everything that he wanted for himself. A royal robe and the horse. How humiliating. God said he’s preparing a table before us in the presence of our enemies and like David, surely goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our lives because we’re simply following Him.
There is nothing that God can’t do and when He does, even your enemies will recognize it. He won’t let them get away without seeing it. Even Haman’s advisors and wife recognized the hand and power of God before He moved. They told him that he would NOT overcome this man. He would certainly fall before him when God got ready to move. God moves in mighty big ways beyond our comprehension and ability.
There’s nothing that He can’t do!!!!!
Ephesians 3:20-21
Now to Him WHO IS ABLE to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, TO HIM be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
This His promise to YOU, if you are His. Blood bought and born again.
And it’s already set in motion. Each deed has its time and place. And just as on that night the king remembered, so does God remember you!!! Each night eventually turns into day and as surely as the sun rises, just as He said, HE WILL COME TO US.
All honor and glory is DUE HIS NAME. WHEN God remembers you, be careful and sure not to forget that it was He Who you who brought you here and not yourself. May we not forget what He has done for us. You don’t wanna be on the other side of that table that He prepared for you in the presence of your enemies. It is He that anoints your head with oil and the reason why your cup will be overflowing. BUT, we must remember and follow Him all the days of our lives. We have everything to gain and everything to lose.
The first shall be last and the last first in the kingdom, eventually… A haughty “spirit” does come before pride and pride does come before the down fall. It’s not if but when. Don’t let that same spirit get inside of you. Keep the fire of His Spirit be and stay ignited inside of you!
God will remember you.
Then the king said to Haman, “Hurry, take the robe and the horse, as you have suggested, and do so for Mordecai the Jew who sits within the king’s gate! Leave nothing undone (LEAVE NOTHING OUT!) of all that you have spoken.” Esther 6:10
What they planned for themselves will come to you and turn on them…
So don’t forget to do any others AS you’d have them do to you. STAY the high road cause God will remember you. Your time is coming.
We all face an enemy or battle at some point. The God of Angel armies is always by our side. This is my hope and so we have nothing to fear!
What’s done in secret will be brought to light, whether every good deed or evil. Punished and blessed! Amen.
