Open doors

“I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name. Revelations 3:8!!!!

GOD IS opening doors. When the opportunities arise and present themselves, we must be willing to walk through them. You’ll know when. It’ll be undeniably God, not subtle. He won’t crack it. He’ll swing it wide OPEN. It’ll be evident, BUT YOU must walk through them. As you walk through one door, there will many more open doors before you after that. It’ll be an after open door after open door, as in Amos 9:13. Opportunity after opportunity, opening after opening and blessing after blessing.

He sets an open door BEFORE you, not behind you, but He won’t force you through it. He didn’t make the man rise after sitting by the pool for 38 years. He challenged him to rise by asking him a serious question: do you want to??? Life doesn’t happen by just sitting around and wishing and hoping. It comes by walking forward in faith and trusting God Who entrusted you when the time is right! He give us a measure of faith and the ability to use it. When the opportunity arises, and it will, we must rise and walk through that door that He is calling us to.

Life doesn’t just happen while we sit back, it happens when we are actively out using our faith. Or else it passes us by. Rest is ONLY to re-energize us to go out and do it again like Jesus did. He had work to do!!!! He was going to put it into motion and never sit idly because God put Him there to do His work. He went to get alone to be with the Father daily in order to do and prepare for what was next….

We have a job to do. We can sleep when we’re dead. We were are all put here on this earth to DO!

BE YE doers and not hearers only.

God expects us to do our part but there are certain 🚪’s that ONLY HE CAN open! But we gotta be willing to walk through them when the opportunity is presented. Then there are other times when we step out by faith to see! We have to seek God daily. Greater things are on the other side of doors. The greatest and most powerful prayer that I’ve ever prayed, is to ask GOD TO open and close doors accordingly, to His will. “God if this is not for me, then close it TIGHT, and if it is, swing it WIDE OPEN.” He’s never failed me yet. He never will.

“See, I HAVE set an open door before you.”

“God, Swing 'em wide or shut 'em tight” is what I like to pray!

There are other times when I trust that we don’t know but we have to do what is in our hearts to do. Like David did when he was going to build the temple. God honored that but told him it was for his son to do. This is when we gotta do what we really believe deep down is right, or that which God is promoting or urging us to do. Sometimes it’s subtle and sometimes it’s pressing at these times. We must use the measure of faith we’ve been given.

Faith doesn’t increase until we use it. That’s why it’s called faith to faith. God honors faith even if not necessarily in the exact right direction, and that is IF WE TRULY believe in our heart of hearts that it is the right thing to do. If not, HE CAN and will turn us around if we trust Him. But, what He won’t do is steer a parked car. He honors faith In obedience or other words D. Put it In drive!!! Go! Forward in faith. The doors are not behind you so we must STOP going there….. There’s-nothing back there for you, it’s all set BEFORE YOU!!!!!!

Just because it’s before you doesn’t mean it’ll always be easy. I truly believe if you believe without a shadow of a doubt that something is for you or what you’re supposed to do, that where there’s a will, THERE IS A WAY. Don’t make excuses! Don’t sit idle. Don’t let opposition stop you but do like Nehemiah and continue! Set a guard night and day if you have to and don't take no for an answer from anyone but God. He can open up the way as you move. If one avenue closes, look for another one! God never said that the enemy wouldn’t come against you or oppose you because even he knows God has good for you. No man can shut the doors that God has set before you. If the door has been shut and you feel confident that it’s God, He can reopen it when and if He wants to.

Corinthians 16

7 For I do not wish to see you now on the way; but I hope to stay a while with you if the Lord permits.

8 But I will tarry in Ephesus until Pentecost. 9 For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there aremany adversaries.

10 And if Timothy comes, see that he may be with you without fear; for he does the work of the Lord, as I also do.

• But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved. Hebrews 10:39

Faith is ALWAYS forward and in motion. Even standing still takes faith! While we work we wait. Faith is the way forward, over and through…

But listen, I came here to tell you that this is the season for opportunities and open doors. It’s prime time and you gotta get it while the getting is good. It’s time to make hay when the sun shine. Meaning that when the opportunities are there, they’re there but when they’re not, they’re not. If God set it before you, then no one can shut it, but you can keep yourself from walking through.

We walk by faith and not sight. Hope is literally the substance of things that we do hope for, but we do not YET see. If we truly believe that, then we walk towards those things. Not towards the dark, but through the dark, towards the light that we believe is in front of us. It’s not behind us.

God is leading us the whole time and one way to find out what His will is, is to read His word. It’s not just words, but his Word is actually alive. His word is literally a lamp unto our feet and a light into our path. It truly is. It lights and illuminates the way before us. His word teaches us as He speaks to us and tells us the way in which we should go.

If you don’t believe me, try it.

Just as it’s harvest time for a farmer in the spring, harvest time and open doors are open us. It’s harvest time from the last season where we planted. In Amos 9:13 we find this out.

It’s open door after open door and another one is on the way kinda season. He’s about to present some things to you. Don’t forget to walk through.

When the opportunity arises, let faith arise, not fear as scared as you may be. It’s the only way up and through….

BEHOLD, THE DAYS “ARE COMING”.

When God says so, so it is. It is upon us, on our heels. His blessings are chasing us down when we are following Him. If you have sewn, it’s time to reap. The harvest is full and it’s coming to fruition for you. When you have been faithful, prepared and have not denied His name, He is preparing doors and Opportunities for you! It’s your time to rise and shine for His light is upon you. It’s your time and the days are coming forth as He said FOR YOU. Your season is due… HE TOLD YOU if you didn’t grow weary in well doing that YOU WOULD eventually REAP, IF you didn’t grow weary or faint and give up….. It’s not the time to!

What’s done in the dark seasons will be brought to light.

13 “The days are coming,” declares the Lord,

“when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains    and flow from all the hills,

14 and I will bring my people Israel back from exile. “They will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. They will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit.

15 I will plant Israel in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land I have given them,” says the Lord your God. Amos 9:13!!!!

Say so! The Bible says so. God says so. So you must say so! When God says so, it already is!

“Let the redeemed of God SAY SO!” Do not hold back.

It won’t make sense. But that’s how the kingdom works. The King does what he wants to and it’s always to further his people. HE IS NO DOUBT, COMING THROUGH FOR YOU!

He’s about to allow us to overflow with abundance and He has set his eye on us. It’s time to reap and walk through doors that’s been set before you. You’ll know it when they come about. He holds the keys.

It’s a new wine season and we can’t put the old one into the new skins and expect to keep the old way of thinking. It’s new opportunities, not the same ole same ole. He told us that He’d make a way in the wilderness and streams in the very desert places. Do you believe Him And believe for Him to? When God says I will, He will. Rest assured. When He says it’s coming in that day, that day is coming. Are you ready? If not prepare, He is coming through. Will you follow Him through the door that he was set before you?

He makes a way where there seems to be no way. Even when I can’t see it, He’s working, even when I can’t feel it. He’s working and He never stops, just like the song says. It’s truth. He never stops so neither must we. You must go forward in faith. His grace is enough and sufficient, even when you don’t feel sufficient. You’re not on your own but it is He Who is beside you. He is leading and guarding you all along the way but you must follow through. Be IN-couraged today that the very God of the universe is on your side. With Him, there’s nothing that you can’t do if He’s called you to. If you carry His Spirit, that’s all you need to know.

God is not a man that He should lie. Every Word of His is truth!! You have to choose who you will believe. We will serve the Lord as it is today. We will serve God and not fear, but faith. Your season that was once called hidden, is now called light. What you did and sowed then, you’ll reap and harvest in the open now. It’s due! All glory be to God and in the Mighty Name of Jesus, Amen and Amen. 🙏🏽
