He goes before you know

So the cook took up the thigh with its upper part and set it before Saul. And Samuel said, “Here it is, what was kept back. It was set apart for you. Eat; for until this time it has been kept for you, since I said I invited the people.” So Saul ate with Samuel that day. 1 Samuel 9:24

In other words, God already knew. He knows what we need BEFORE we ask. He already goes BEFORE we know. He already knows the need BEFORE we do and far BEFORE we even know or knew we’d need it! That’s amazing.

He goes before me and He’s already went before I knew that I even needed Him.

He has it all planned out, but I must follow Him.

He came looking for Saul before Saul even knew He needed Him, much less thought He had a plan for Him. You may think it’s for others and not for you, but you couldn’t be more wrong! Nothing is further from the truth. God uses His people and the enemy, both for His use.

God already had a seat, a place and a position assigned for Saul before he knew it. And God already had a seat for David too later on. God had a plan from the beginning and it was to deliver His people.

Even for Davids son Solomon later on. It was who the other son was technically by tradition “supposed to be” in command or take the kings seat, but he didn’t. It matters not what man thinks but what God says is for you. NO man can take your seat or your place at the table when God says it’s time to rise.

Samuel gave Saul the best. God warned Samuel that Saul was coming before he came. He told him this man He WOULD show him (to come) would be the man He WOULD (in the future) use to be king and to save His people because He heard their cry. Even though they sinned and got themselves in this position, He still loved them. He wanted to save and deliver them.

God spoke and He performed . Saul was just coming to look for his father’s lost donkeys when he was suddenly found and used by God. But was it suddenly truly? Yes, BUT, a suddenly is always in the making. God had and has a good plan for you!

Samuel met Saul and took him in as God told him to. He also told and reassured him that his donkeys had been found, which is the reason he thought he was there. Sometimes God has another plan and just needed to get us there. Samuel was a Seer and God spoke to Him. We are Seers and God will speak to us if we’re willing to listen.

Samuel spoke about good and the desirable things in Israel and asked Samuel, “Are they not for you and your father’s household (family).” Saul thought not. In fact, he went on to say “Am I not a Benjamite and the smallest of the tribes of Israel? And is my family not the “SMALLEST” of ALL the families in the tribe of Benjamin?”So no, he didn’t think he was worthy or these things were for him. God was trying to prepare him.

But I want to stop right here and say, this sounds humble but it’s not humble to think we  were made for scraps when designed by THE KING and when Jesus came to take my place and die for me. We must make it personal. But we don’t know until we know and He shows us! Matter of fact, we are! Designed by the Maker, for His use and Every thing He has, He gives to us. He wants us to share in.

The same Saul that began humble, didn’t stay humble, so just because something started one way doesn’t mean it’ll stay or end that way. Unless we remember where we came from, Who made us, Whose we are, we have what He says we have, and we are who He says we are! BUT, we must use it rightfully or pridefully and arrogantly we will fall! God used Saul in spite of this and I just have to say that God will use ANYone and ANYthing He wants to for His glory and our benefit, just as He did for His people then. We are His people now.

Samuel took Saul to the high place and gave him the best seat in the house at the head of the table with the chosen men. And the portion he had already given the cooks and had set aside for him. It was the priest honored portion. Samuel told Saul “Here is what HAS BEEN reserved (already that is!) (FOR YOU)! Set it before YOU and eat! Because it HAS BEEN (past) KEPT for you until the appointed time since I have invited the people. In other words, God already knew and had informed Samuel that Saul would be coming. GOD HAS ALREADY planned and prepared a seat for you long before you even knew. Saul had no clue and no indicator that he was about to be used. He was just worried about his father’s stock but in reality God The Father was worried about His flock. So this man He used. And so Saul ate with Samuel that day. A preparation day.

He prepares a table for us before and in the very presence of those who tried to break us. He went before we knew we needed Him. He reserves these appointments times and days to do the suddenly things and open doors at just the right time. He says “At the right time, I the Lord will make it happen and QUICKLY .” Isaiah 60:22 proves that sudden things are always in the making. Even when we don’t see it, He’s working and working it ALL out. The earth doesn’t stop moving and neither does He.

The Word also talks about a vision that God gave and how it WOULD BE fulfilled though it tarried, we must wait. It will come at its appropriate and appointed time and day. He may seem late and you may seem forgotten, but He doesn’t delay. He’s always on time though it doesn’t seem.

NOT ONE tittle will pass away until every i dotted and every t crossed just as He said and planned it’ll come to pass.

I want to say this seat was kept for Saul UNTIL the appointed time and day. God already knew. It was reserved. No one can take your place or stop God when He gets ready to bless you and often times, He wants your enemies to see because He is God and He is Good. He wants to show Himself mighty and mighty to save you!

It’s been kept, pass tense, until now, present tense and more for future tense. He isn’t done now or yet until He comes again, He’ll complete the good work He began in you for His purpose and your good. (Phil 1:6)

I must say this, He speaks first and then performs and what He planned from way long ago WILL come to pass soon. Here’s the deal, everything in His time, in His way and if He said it, He’ll perform it too. You are worthy of all the desirable things. He made all this for you and me. He made you and me that we may enjoy it. But we must obey. He planned the beginning from the very end in reverse if you will and He knows just what to do. Why should I worry, why should I fear? He already planned it and has the best reserved for me and all the desirable things even if I don’t think I’m worthy, He says I am and will show me so that I will see the truth of what He has made for me!     

I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and all My good pleasure I will accomplish.’ Isaiah 56:10

And v 37:26 says “Have you not heard? Long ago I ordained it. In days of old I planned it; now I have brought it to pass.”

FIRST He speaks as King Solomon says and THEN He performs. What He planned from way long ago WILL COME to pass in the appropriate time and day assigned. It’s all in His hand and timing. He goes before we know. He’s already set it out! There’s no changing it. His word CANNOT return void to Him. When He speaks, He performs. When He plans, He does! It accomplishes THE VERY purpose for which He sent it. It’s all in His hand. The whole world. Everything and everyone in it. Every plan. He also says Behold, I do a new thing. Do you not perceive it? He’s not just one step ahead of you. He planned it all in ancient times. The Bible also says that it comes to pass. There’s a verse that says “stand at the cross roads and look, ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it. Ask for. Are we asking and seeking. Saul was not. He was looking for his fathers lost donkeys when met by God because God was looking to help His sheep and He chose to use this man that didn’t even know, much less think about if he was usable or not. Jeremiah 31:3 tells us this:

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

In other words in the past or from afar, He already knew.

This one was hard for me to wrap my head around because I felt I had done so much wrong and blew it and sure didn’t think of I was worthy of Gods love, much less His best. Yet, He kept showing me! He loves me. Oh how He loves me. Saul didn’t understand it either. Regardless of how it ended for him, God still used and loved him. That doesn’t mean it’ll end as it should unless we follow Him but His love is unconditional and He has good plans for us that He planned from way long ago. His promise and plan He will fulfill and He will use who He wants and wills, even if they didn’t know it.

Look at the Assyrians from beginning to end. God used them to discipline His own so they’d have a change of heart and then turned around and destroyed them. All for a purpose and a plan; His own.. He planned from way long ago, beginning to end; end from the beginning. We can trust and know this in reverse or read it in reverse BECAUSE: IT IS ALREADY WRITTEN IN THE HEAVENS. It’s time we unblock it here on earth as it is in heaven. We have the authority as God given to bind and loose in Jesus Mighty Name all power and authority given to me as a child of the Most High God and King. My Deliverer and Provider King. Nothing lacking or missing. Nothing hidden that won’t be revealed. From ancient times He PLANNED it and now He will bring it to pass. Wait and see. Things I knew nothing about. He was looking for me before I knew.

GOD IS a pre-planner. Expect to be blessed. Expect the best. Look. Ask for that plan. See. Walk in it. Jeremiah 29:11
